YLB-25LAPC 5 Gallon PC Special Blow Molding Machine
1. Normal motor is 45KW, We use servo motor(22KW) save 50% power per hour.
2. It adopts a special exhaust type screw for PC material
3. Extrusion device could be adjusted in four directions: forward/backward, upward/downward. Change molds more easy and faster. Blow nozzle could be adjusted in six directions: forward/backward, upward/downward, night/left.
4. It adopts MISUBISHI PLC control system, which is made in Japan. Hydraulic is YUKEN, oil pump is DENISON, which ismade in U.S.A.temperature controller is OMRON brand.
5. The thickness control system is selectable, which adopts MOOG30 point hydraulic servo system.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGE
The split flow integrated die head is adopted, without material channeling, and the plasticization is more uniform. The inner wall is electroplated, without material accumulation, and the material embryo is smoother.
Frequency conversion motor, hardened gear reducer and high-quality nitrogen cylinder screw, stepless speed regulation, high efficiency and energy saving, stable output.
Taiwan Jinqi solenoid valve, Japanese SMC pneumatic components and high frequency wear-resistant cylinder are selected for stable operation and long service life.
Mitsubishi human-machine interface is adopted, and all parameters can be set, modified and retrieved visually. Equipped with mitsubishi plc control system, the system runs stably and accurately.
Supporting cutting device and bottom pulling device, fully automatic operation, labor saving.
